You live for one thing! Safely through the night!

God’s greatest remedies are hid from sight,

horrendous evils break God’s heart. In tears

another mighty act by God is writ

when the second curtain lifts

and sorrow is erased by gifts

and at God’s groaning table sufferers sit.
