Eternity

I see eternity.

What can it be?

And time?

They both entwine.

I see Eternity,

God in his Majesty,

with  angels all in adoration bowed.

He is our Father, God.

He truly is our Dad.

He loves us and will love us to the end.

E’en though we sinners be,

His glory, yes are we,

And in his Son, he sees us as his Mends.

To love our God divine.

To serve him so sublime,

While on this earth

we toil and pray each day.

And at the end of time,

In love examined we will be

stepping across the threshold of Eternity.

Then in glory we will shine,

if we but love and trust

The greatness of His Love Divine.
