The Advent Wreath traditionally features 4 candles: one Pink Candle reserved for the Third Sunday in Advent and three Purple Candles. A White Candle, reserved for Christmas Eve, may be added. Your family can use this as part of their preparation for your Christmas Communion. The Advent Hymn is sung to the familiar tune, Away in a Manger. Metal or ceramic wreath forms and suitable candles are available through Anglican House, 116 Princess Street. The wreath forms hold 4 candles. A white candle, the Christ-Candle, can being placed in a glass holder in the center.
